construction/project manager (m/f/d)

For our branch office in Biedermannsdorf near Vienna we are looking for a committed construction/project manager on a full-time basis with immediate effect (male/female/diverse):

Your area of responsibility includes:

  • Overall responsibility for construction projects from costing to invoicing and handover
  • Construction preparation, construction scheduling and preparation of tender/service specifications
  • Correspondence with clients, tendering including price negotiations
  • Negotiation and awarding of subcontractor services
  • Leading of construction meetings, construction supervision as well as ongoing conscientious monitoring and control of the performance progress
  • Documentation, processing of supplements and invoicing of projects.

We expect:

  • Completed technical training (construction/civil engineering, interior design, building services engineering or similar)
  • Several years of professional experience (preferably in the construction sector)
  • Business fluent German, basic knowledge of AutoCAD (2D) is an advantage
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Structured and solution-oriented method of working as well as handshake quality
  • International travel readiness (regional projects possible by arrangement)
