In which industries does Projekt Kraft operate as a shopfitter?
As a general contractor in the field of shopfitting, we have no industry restrictions: we create flagship stores, boutiques, shopping mall presences, pop-ups, and convenience stores for brands with a wide variety of focuses and requirements.
Do you also design smaller shops?
Of course, we also design small shops and commercial spaces. The volume of our projects ranges from €5,000 to €2 million. The smallest project area we have managed was 5 m².
Do you also support shop refurbishment after the end of the lease?
We are happy to prepare spaces for handover, re-letting, or rebranding—including dismantling (of exterior and interior fixtures), renovation of fittings and surfaces, modernization of technical systems, and disposal of old materials.
Do you have experience in implementing large flagship stores?
Of course. Over the past two decades, we have had the privilege of implementing numerous flagship stores for major international brands. Whether on Kärntner Straße, Gärtnerplatz, or Kurfürstendamm: we create flagship stores and studio boutiques at the heart of major European cities.
Where does your company operate?
As a shopfitting company with branches in Austria and Germany, an Italian showroom, and a Europe-wide network, we operate internationally. We are currently implementing projects in eight countries and place particular emphasis on the implementation of shopfitting projects in the DACH region.

We are also happy to support retailers with space optimization, interior design planning, technical upgrades, store rollouts, and facility management.
Do you also handle (international) rollouts?
(International) rollouts are one of our specialties. Thanks to our experience, we can implement design and spatial concepts efficiently and quickly.
