Creating a place where you come to stay: The new Hotel BASSENA Wien Donaustadt has succeeded in doing this. We are even more pleased that we were able to accompany and help shape the development of the house with 198 rooms, restaurant, library, fitness room, cold storage for drinks, staff rooms and garage on a total of nine floors and a total area of approx. 8,000 m2. Because the client entrusted the submission planning, contracting out trades, project management and construction supervision to our hands.
Our team was therefore able to ensure smooth project processes, coordination of the communication between the landlord, ÖBA Bau and hotel operator, support with the commercial law submission of the interior design (FF&E) and implementation of the advertising system. In addition, our Projekt Kraft professionals took over all processes related to tendering, implementation and kitchen planning, awarding, as well as cost and quality control.
The project, which started before Corona and went into structural implementation in 2022, was completed successfully and to our complete satisfaction. You can now get an idea of the quality of the result at Dr.-Adolf-Schärf-Platz 6 in the 22nd district. You will be amazed.
